Item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of our ship date to you. Item must be in like new/unused condition with all included parts, tags and packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable (unless there was an error on behalf of www.bestmensunderwear.com).

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise you must notify us within 14 days.
Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed.
