RETURN POLICY:
Item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of our ship date to you.
Item must be in like new/unused condition with all included parts, tags and packaging.
Shipping costs are not refundable (unless there was an error on behalf of www.bestmensunderwear.com).
NO COD'S will be accepted
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise you must notify us within 14 days.
Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Orders are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Pacific Time are usually processed the next business day.
BACKORDER POLICY:
In the event that an item in your order has been backordered, our policy is to immediately ship that item as soon as it becomes available. We understand you may not want to wait and if your backorder is to be longer than the normal 3 to 5 days ship time we will gladly refund your purchase price, and we can also send you a courtesy e-mail as soon as it becomes available.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY:
Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 Days of receiving product. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
